Palm oil is a staple ingredient in cosmetics and food and we use sustainable palm oil here with a Columbia origin. Please note it is solid at room temperature and does need some mild heating to make it a workable liquid.

Uses:

Palm oil is used widely in cosmetics on food, often to provide firmness to the finished product. As an example, soap would start out as a set of oils in liquid form and palm oil helps the soap to bond together and solidify into the finished products. This is much the same in the food industry, from the pastry on a pie to the texture of a biscuit. It has a high fatty acid profile and, in cosmetics and haircare, leads to a silk like smooth feel.

Storage: Always make sure the lid is left on the bottle after use. Make sure the product is out of reach of children and animals.
