Basil Essential oil is made from the Flowers of the plant then turned into basil essential oil via steam distillation.

The aroma of basil essential oil is light, crisp and fresh.

Basil essential oil is used in aromatherapy to awaken the mind and for clarity of thought.

Basil essential oil is used in cosmetics for helping with dry skin as well as reducing lines and wrinkles.

Basil oil is used in haircare for promoting circulation, increasing growth, and helping to maintain a healthy head of hair.

Basil Essential Oil Blends With: Bergamot, Lavender, Marjoram, Geranium, Peppermint, Clary sage, Lemon, Orange, Bergamot, Lemongrass, Lime, Geranium.

Uses:

Massage oil: Always dilute with a carrier such as almond, grapeseed, coconut, castor or olive oil. Always do a patch test first.

Baths: Simply add a few drops of your favourite essential oil to a nice warm bath.

Diffusers: This product can be used in traditional candle lit oil burners and the modern electric style; simply add a few drops to water.

Candles & cosmetics: This product can be used in candles and in cosmetic formulations; you will need to follow correct recipes and formulas and use the correct amount of ingredients and essential oils.

Storage: Always make sure the lid is left on the bottle after use. Our oils are sold in amber pet or glass bottles to protect from sunlight. Make sure the product is out of reach of children and animals.
