Uses:

Arnica oil is becoming popular for its health-promoting properties. It's a wonderful addition to your alternative first aid kit, especially if you're prone to exercise-related injuries, such as bruises or sprains. Arnica refers to a clan of flowering perennial plants from the daisy family (Compositae) that's native to Europe and Siberia but also grows in North America, especially in mountainous regions. This oil is infused into sunflower oil. It's popular in cosmetic formulations as it has stimulating abilities this helps with bruises and scars.

Storage: Always make sure the lid is left on the bottle after use. Make sure the product is out of reach of children and animals.
